Perfect books to help you build your internet business
The other site which we use all the time is Amazon (yes, like half the world!!) and there are two books on here that we’d particularly like to recommend to you:
The first is called “WordPress for Business Bloggers“. As you probably know WordPress is our recommended website platform for creating your internet business (see ‘how to build a website for free’ for more details). Quite simply, the more you understand WordPress the better the chance your site and internet business has of becoming popular and therefore successful. This book, by Paul Thewlis, is incredibily popular across a complete array of WordPress users and will give you so many practical hints and tips to make your WordPress website the best it possibly can be.
Our second book is a natural accompliment to the WordPress book and is called “Search Engine Optimisation – an hour a day“. Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) is the foundation for all successful internet businesses and this book, by Jennifer Grappone and Gradiva Couzin, gets the thumbs up from all corners! The aspect that we particularly like is the reference to ‘one hour a day’ which fits so well with the business approach we have implemented at Internet Mums.

OK, here are a few of our favourite websites and products that we wanted to share with you. These sites are worth browsing through and especially check out some of the products we’ve found invaluable over the last couple of years . . .
Bambino Direct is an excellent all round website for ‘about to be mums’ and current mums.
Another one we love, for completely different reasons, is Bean Bag Bazaar! These are not only great gifts – but they are amazing purchases for YOU. The section I wish I knew about when our daughter was much younger are their Maternity Bean Bags. Plus, the section we will be using when she’s just a little bit older are the giant bean bags for kids. Have a look – you’ll love it!
